TIME:  Noon-1:30 pm

PLACE:  TCATA Board of Trustees meetings are held at at the Benton Harbor Public Library located on 213 E Wall Street in downtown Benton Harbor. (Second Floor) Hourly service on the Red and Blue Routes is available to TCATA headquarters which is across the street from the library.  On street parking can be found on the west side of the building.
